At Ummah Appeal we’re passionate about engaging all of our volunteers – both old and new. We recognise that volunteers are the backbone of the organisation. Each and every volunteer dedicates their time, passion and energy to help alleviate poverty worldwide, as well as rigorously campaigning to champion positive change.

We will provide opportunities for growth by developing training programmes and recognising volunteer achievements. We will also aim to conduct a yearly feedback survey to gain insights into how our volunteers feel and where we can improve. Such crucial feedback will therefore help us to guide and shape our volunteer initiatives.
